OREN is the Welsh word for orange. Warmth, optimism, energy - the qualities that shape everything we do here.

We opened in May 2025 with a clear intention: to create a space where people of all experience levels can move, recover, and feel at home. Not just a studio to attend, but somewhere to belong.

Community sits at the heart of OREN. It is the familiar faces at reception, the shared moments before and after class, and the quiet confidence that comes from being supported without pressure. We built this place for people who care about how they feel - and want to be surrounded by others who do too.

Our offering brings together progressive movement practices, an infrared-heated studio, and a dedicated recovery suite, because wellbeing does not stop when the class ends. Whether you are here for a reformer session, a sound bath, or an hour in the sauna, every visit is designed to leave you feeling better than when you arrived.

FAQs

General FAQs

  • We have six parking spaces on site, bays 16 and 17, along with any unmarked spaces within the business park.

    Additional parking is available at The Avenue Retail Park, around a three minute walk away, or on nearby roads where permitted. Please ask guests to park considerately.

    Please do not leave your car in the OREN car park after your class, as the gates are locked in the evening. If using The Avenue Retail Park, please note parking is restricted after 9pm and vehicles may be fined if left there later.

    • We have a designated storage area in the Reformer studio for belongings.

    • Lockers are available upstairs in the changing area.

  • Yes! We have a chilled, filtered water machine for you to refill your bottles at the top of the stairs. We also have a refreshment area in the reception where you can purchase tea, coffee, and soft drinks from the fridge.

  • Yes! We have a female changing room with two showers and premium amenities, plus a private unisex changing and shower cubicle available for all clients.

  • You’re welcome to bring your own towel, or you can rent one from us at reception.

  • Absolutely! Our reception and lounge area is designed to be a relaxing third space where you can unwind before or after class. Feel free to purchase a tea or coffee from our refreshment area and enjoy the space.

  • Yes, we have Wi-Fi! You're more than welcome to stick around, grab a drink, and get some work done in our lounge. OREN has been designed to be your third space - a place to move, connect, and feel at home. Just ask us for the WIFI password!

  • Yes, we have CCTV in place for health and safety purposes. Cameras are installed in the Reformer Studio, Mat Studio, and Recovery Suite so our team can monitor for any accidents or health concerns and respond quickly if needed.

    1. Make sure the indicator is in the open position.

    2. Turn the dials to set your own 4-digit combination.

    3. Once set, rotate the outer casing so the indicator points to locked.

    4. Scramble the dials — your locker is now secure.

    To unlock, turn the dials back to your chosen combination and rotate the outer casing back to open.

  • We don’t ban photography or videography at OREN, however we do ask that you’re mindful of others in the space.

    If you are capturing content, please ensure that no other clients are visible in the background. This is really important to us, as we want everyone to feel comfortable, relaxed, and able to fully switch off during their time in the studio.

    From time to time, we may have content creators in the space. They are always briefed in advance and are required to follow the same guidelines, ensuring no clients are captured in their content.

    We also host dedicated content classes, designed specifically for those who want to create in a more relaxed and open environment.

Membership & Booking FAQs

  • Download our app from the App Store by searching 'OREN Wellness' or book via our website.

    Each person needs to book individually, as everyone is required to create their own account and sign a waiver before attending.

  • We offer a range of monthly memberships, class packs, and drop-in options across reformer, mat studio, on-demand, and recovery suite. Visit our pricing page for the full breakdown, or use our membership finder to see what suits you best.

    PRICING PAGE

  • To help ensure fair access to classes and recovery sessions, we apply late cancellation and no-show fees.

    We kindly ask that you cancel your booking at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a charge. This cancellation window may be amended in the future as we continue to monitor attendance and studio capacity.

    Fees:

    • £10 – Reformer Pilates classes and Recovery Suite sessions
    • £5 – Mat Studio classes

    As a small, independent studio, these fees help us reduce unused spaces, offer availability to other clients, and maintain a high-quality experience for our community.

    Whilst we aim to process late cancellation and no-show fees weekly, fees may be processed up to three months after the missed or late-cancelled booking.

  • Each person needs to book individually, as everyone is required to create their own account and sign a waiver before attending.

    This helps us keep everyone safe and ensures each guest receives all the relevant info before their visit.

    If you're coming with a friend or partner, just make sure they’ve set up their own account and booked their spot separately.

    If you’re looking to gift someone a class or session, we recommend purchasing a gift card so they can redeem it through their own account when booking.

  • If you didn’t get onto the class, don’t worry - your credit will remain on your account and can be used to book a future session.

    If you’d prefer a refund instead, just email us at oren@orenwellness.co.uk and we’ll be happy to process it for you manually.

  • At OREN, the safety and wellbeing of our community is our priority. To ensure all experiences are both safe and enjoyable, we have the following age requirements:

    Classes (Mat and Reformer)
    Our classes are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must attend with a parent or guardian and provide signed consent. For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate anyone under 16 in our classes.

    Recovery Suite (Infrared Sauna, Ice Baths, LED Lounge)
    Due to the intensity of hot and cold therapies, as well as the need for independent use, the Recovery Suite is available to those aged 18 and above only.

    We appreciate your understanding and thank you for helping us maintain a safe and supportive environment for all members.

  • All sessions, class packs and memberships are non refundable. If you cancel at least 12 hours before your session start time, the credit will be returned to your account for you to use on a future session.

  • Classes are 50 minutes.
    Recovery sessions are 60 minutes.

  • At OREN, our signature class styles are designed to meet you where you are - whether you’re seeking flow or fire.

    FLOW


    A calm, focused class designed to build strength through form and breath. Flow slows things down so you can move with precision, awareness, and full-body control. Suitable for beginners, with layers offered throughout so you can move at the pace and depth that feels right for you.

    FIRE


    Fire moves with purpose and power. Breath-led sequences build strength and stamina, while seamless transitions and creative movement keep your body engaged from start to finish. Expect a steady burn. Best suited to those with some experience, with space to modify, challenge, or adapt to your energy.

  • For Reformer Pilates classes, grip socks must be worn for hygiene and safety reasons. If you don't have a pair, they are available to purchase at reception.

    For the Recovery Suite, please bring your own towel or hire one from reception for £2.50.

    For all hot classes, a grip towel is required. These can be purchased or hired from reception if needed.

    We also recommend bringing a water bottle and staying well hydrated before, during and after any hot class.

  • Yes. Our classes are designed with layered options to support different levels of experience, and instructors will guide you with progressions and modifications throughout so each movement works for you.

    If you're completely new to this style of training, we strongly recommend starting with Flow. Flow is our most beginner-friendly class and is designed to help you learn the foundations, build confidence, and become familiar with the movements and equipment at a comfortable pace.

    Once you feel confident in Flow, you can progress into Fire, which offers a more dynamic pace and greater challenge. Many of our members start with Flow before exploring our other class styles.

  • To ensure every session feels calm, considered, and safe for everyone in the room, we have a few guidelines around arrival times. Missing the warm up can increase the risk of injury, so this is something we take seriously.

    We operate a strict 5 minute late policy. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class has started, you won’t be able to join.

    For Reformer, this is especially important. If you are new to Reformer, you must arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals will not be admitted under any circumstances, as a full bed induction is required before the session begins and cannot be carried out once the class is underway.

    We always recommend arriving a little early so you can settle in and fully enjoy your session.

  • The Recovery Suite has space for up to 4 people at a time. If you book for yourself, there may be up to 3 others in there with you.

    Each person needs to book individually, as we require everyone to agree to our health and safety terms and sign their own waiver.

    If you're looking to come as a group, just drop us a DM or email to check availability. You won’t be able to see how many spots are already booked online.

    We can allow up to 6 if you are a group of friends, but this needs to be arranged with us manually. Just give us a call or send us an email and we will organise it for you.

  • Yes! Our timetable and opening hours evolve with the seasons and the rhythm of the studio. From time to time, we adjust class times, offerings, or studio hours to reflect changing demand and to keep things working well for our community.

Recovery Suite FAQs

  • Yes, recovery sessions must be booked in advance through the OREN Wellness app under the appointments tab on the book page.

    The recovery suite is £20 per person for a 60-minute session, with a maximum of 4 people at a time.

    If you are a group of up to 6, we can accommodate this, but it needs to be arranged in through us directly. Please send us an email and we will organise it for you.

  • Yes! Recovery sessions are to be booked separately.

  • For Clearlight infrared sauna sessions, a good starting point is 15 to 30 minutes. As you build tolerance, you can gradually increase the time, but we recommend a maximum of 45 minutes. It is important to listen to your body and adjust based on how you feel, especially if you are new to sauna use.

    For ice baths, begin with 1–3 minutes if you’re new to cold exposure, gradually working up to 5–8 minutes as your body adapts. Controlled breathing and a gradual build-up are key to maximising the benefits.

    For our LED red light therapy panel, we recommend 10–20 minutes per session. This is enough to stimulate cellular regeneration and support skin, muscle recovery, and overall wellbeing. Sessions can be done regularly, depending on your personal goals and tolerance.

    If there are 4 people using the recovery suite, please be mindful of how long you spend on the red light panel so that everyone has a chance to use it. 15 minutes is plenty of time to enjoy the benefits.

    Please note that all of our weekly classes and sessions are kept in-house to maintain a consistent experience for our clients. For this reason, we do not offer weekly or biweekly hire for classes similar to the ones we already run.
