  • Your reformer, your schedule. When instructor-led classes are not running, the studio is yours. Choose from over 1,000 guided programmes - from injury rehabilitation to pre and postnatal support to sessions built around exactly how much time and energy you have today. Wireless headphones provided, or bring your own.

  • Mat Pilates strips everything back to the essentials - breath, control, and connection to your body. Deceptively challenging and endlessly rewarding, it is the kind of class that earns its place in any weekly routine.

  • A practice that meets you exactly where you are, wrapped in the kind of warmth that helps you go deeper. Flowing sequences in our infrared studio encourage greater flexibility, a more focused mind, and a full-body release that is hard to find anywhere else. Expect to leave feeling longer, lighter, and completely reset.

  • Our answer to your gym membership.

    A hybrid strength and resistance class that blends functional training, Pilates and Yoga principles, so you get the best of all worlds in one session.

    Expect weights, bands, intervals and high-energy sequences that build strength, stamina and endurance. It is intense, intentional and designed to help you feel stronger.

  • This is heat, redefined. Our studio is warmed with infrared panels that work deeper than surface level - igniting circulation, easing tension, and enhancing every move. Whether you are flowing through Hot Yoga or firing up your core in Hot Mat Pilates, expect a stronger burn, a deeper release, and that addictive post-class glow.

    Sweat towels provided. Remember to stay hydrated!

  • The part of your session that does the quiet work. Our recovery suite holds an infrared sauna, two ice baths set at 8°C and 12°C, red light therapy, and a relaxation bed - everything you need to help your body recover, reset, and feel ready for what comes next.

    Each session is 60 minutes, with the suite limited to four people. £20 per person, book via the ‘Appointments’ section of the app.

  • Every two weeks, the studio slows right down. Our sound bath sessions use live instruments to guide you into a state of deep rest - the kind your nervous system rarely gets the chance to experience. Come with nothing to do and nowhere to be. Leave feeling profoundly still.

Our mission is to make feeling good your everyday. OREN is a way of living, a place to move, recover, and connect within a community that feels like home.

Since opening in May 2025, our studio has become a space to recharge, challenge yourself, and take a moment just for you. Whether it’s the heat of a hot yoga session, the energy of a reformer class, or the calm of the recovery suite, every visit is designed to leave you feeling better than when you arrived.

OREN is more than a wellness studio. It’s a lifestyle, a community, and your happy place.

Meet our founder

Hi, I’m Kelly, the founder of OREN.

With a background in social media, events, and community-building, I’ve always been drawn to creating spaces where people feel connected and inspired. OREN is that vision brought to life - a vibrant third space where movement, recovery, and community come together.

My mission is simple: to make feeling good your everyday.
