The reformer is unlike anything else. A sliding carriage, spring resistance, and endless variation combine to create a class that challenges your whole body while feeling completely supported. Every session builds strength, control, and that quietly addictive sense of progress.
-
Your reformer, your schedule. When instructor-led classes are not running, the studio is yours. Choose from over 1,000 guided programmes - from injury rehabilitation to pre and postnatal support to sessions built around exactly how much time and energy you have today. Turn up the heat with OREN Hot Pilates. Our infrared heated studio warms your body from within, helping to increase circulation, ease muscle tension and elevate every movement. Expect a challenging, full body workout that builds strength, improves mobility and leaves you feeling energised, accomplished and glowing long after class.
Grip towels are required for all Hot Pilates classes. You're welcome to bring your own, purchase an OREN towel, or hire one from reception.
Sweat towels and cold flannels are provided. Remember to stay hydrated!

The part of your session that does the quiet work. Our recovery suite holds an infrared sauna, two ice baths set at 8°C and 12°C, red light therapy, and a relaxation bed - everything you need to help your body recover, reset, and feel ready for what comes next.
Each session is 60 minutes, with the suite limited to four people. £20 per person, book via the ‘Appointments’ section of the app.

About us
A Space for Connection and Growth
Our mission is to make feeling good your everyday. OREN is a way of living, a place to move, recover, and connect within a community that feels like home.
Since opening in May 2025, our studio has become a space to recharge, challenge yourself, and take a moment just for you. Whether it’s the heat of a hot yoga session, the energy of a reformer class, or the calm of the recovery suite, every visit is designed to leave you feeling better than when you arrived.
OREN is more than a wellness studio. It’s a lifestyle, a community, and your happy place.
“The absolute best studio in Cardiff, if not the UK! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming, plus every instructor is brilliant. Kelly has created a dream space, love love love!”
