Hi, I’m Dennis - Head of Security, snack inspector, and professional napper. I’m still a puppy, but don’t let that fool you. I take my responsibilities seriously: greeting guests, patrolling the reception, and making sure everything smells just right. My mum owns the studio, so I like to think of myself as the real boss around here.

You’ll find me snoozing between classes, watching the world go by, or trotting up for a fuss. You’re always welcome at OREN… especially if you bring treats and tummy tickles. Misbehave, and I will lick you.

I'm Meeko (also known as Natalie), and I've been in the wellness space for nearly 20 years, with 18 of those as a personal trainer. I’m deeply client-focused and get the most joy from helping people feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through fun, energising workouts. I specialise in yoga, reformer Pilates, mobility, and functional fitness, and love creating sessions that are supportive, uplifting, and empowering. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me outdoors hiking, camping, or chasing after my three dogs—I love a challenge and bring that same adventurous spirit into everything I do. Hey! I'm Star @therealstarbreeze. I'm a yoga teacher. I qualified as a teacher in 2016, and I've been sharing my love of yoga across Wales ever since—including leading International Yoga Day events. I love creating classes that flow intuitively, whether it’s a slow, mindful burn or a faster-paced challenge to get you sweating. I love incorporating FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) into my classes and focusing on alignment. I'm a body-positive advocate and a trauma-informed professional; my priority is to create a totally safe space where everybody is welcome. Hello! I’m Lucy. I have practised yoga since I was a child and have always felt very aligned with the values of yoga. I trained to be a yoga instructor in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga. This gave me the most beautiful insight into the ‘why’ behind yoga that had always intrigued me. I teach vinyasa yoga and enjoy playing around with different sequences and poses, but I also respect when the body needs some space to simply just be. Expect some snippets of philosophy throughout.
