With a background in social media, events, and community-building, I’ve always been drawn to creating spaces where people feel connected and inspired. OREN is that vision brought to life - a vibrant third space where movement, recovery, and community come together.
My mission is simple: to make feeling good your everyday.
BRAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
With over 10 years in customer-facing roles, I pride myself on creating a relaxed, welcoming space where everyone who walks through our doors feels at home. I love staying active, but I keep it balanced, Pilates in the morning, maybe a wine out with friends later on. You’ll usually catch me at the studio before the sun is up, setting the tone for a good day ahead.

Hey, I'm Sadie. I came to movement through yoga first, around five years ago, and reformer followed a couple of years later. My background is in psychology, with a qualification in biomechanics, and that shapes a lot of how I teach. I've always been interested in the connection between mind and body, and how movement can bring the two into balance.
In my classes, I try to meet people where they are. Whether it's your first time on a reformer or you've been practising for years, I want you to leave the session feeling stronger, calmer, and a little more connected to yourself.
You'll find me teaching reformer pilates and hot mat at OREN.

Hey, I’m Phoebe. I’ve been practising Pilates since I was 16, and I got my mat Pilates certification at 18. I have completed mat & reformer pilates training in Lisbon, London & Cardiff. My teaching style is dynamic and very contemporary. I still keep the Pilates principles at the heart of my practice & want every class to be an empowering, inclusive, fun and challenging experience. I always need to be moving & chatting, so I feel blessed that I get to teach Pilates for my job. I enjoy bonding with clients & if you ever tell me you love my playlist, you’ll make my day.

Hi, I’m Nicole - a certified Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor with a passion for bringing a global perspective to my practice. After years of doing Pilates myself, I decided to pursue my qualification, inspired by the diverse techniques I’ve come across during my travels. I love discovering new studios and weaving those experiences into the way I teach.

Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor. I love both teaching and attending classes, and I’m passionate about sharing the energy, strength, and confidence Pilates brings. My sessions are designed to challenge and motivate whilst always sticking to the core Pilates principles, with a little spice in the movement and a fire playlist to keep things fun and fresh. I’m always ready for a chat and will always make you feel welcome, whether you’re a Pilates pro or it’s your very first session. Outside the studio, I’m a proud dog mum, totally dog obsessed, and not ashamed to admit he rules the house. I can’t wait to see you all at OREN!

I’m Hannah - a former PE teacher with a background in cheerleading and gymnastics, and a lifelong love of high-impact movement before Pilates became the glow-up my body truly needed. My classes mix strong technique, spicy pulses and feel-good flows, rooted in years of coaching, performance and body awareness. Expect to work hard, laugh a little and leave feeling stronger, lifted and mentally reset. Mom of three, community-obsessed, and forever chasing the post-class glow, babe.
YOGA
Hey yogis, I’m Brodi (@bendi.brodes), a 26 year old yoga instructor with the goal of spreading the joy that yoga has brought to me! My classes aim to challenge the body and focus the mind. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or pro-yogi, my classes are open to all, with modifications and variations available throughout every session. I like to build up heat and fire throughout practices, incorporating dynamic movement with long holding postures. Every class always ends with an aromatherapy massage to have you floating out of the studio feeling absolutely amazing! See you on the mat.

Hey, Im Aleisha! A qualified PT Level 2 and 3. I have a background in Account Management but have taken a step back from the corporate life to focus on my dog boarding business and personal health and wellbeing. I love movement, from weightlifting, to pilates, to running, and I encourage everyone to get their bodies moving with intention. OREN is such a beautiful space that is grounding, relaxing and community focused and i cannot wait to meet all you lovely people :)x

I’m a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor through MoveUnion with a passion for mindful movement and holistic well-being. My teaching style is grounding, dynamic, and purposeful - helping you connect breath with movement to nurture strength, balance, and inner calm. I see Pilates as a moving meditation, a space to tune in, recharge, and honour your body. I believe movement should feel good, so expect deep stretches, mindful flows, and maybe a few laughs along the way! I can’t wait to guide you through your practice at OREN Wellness!
YOGA & SOUND BATH
My name is Beth, and I am a qualified yoga & Pilates teacher and Sound & energy healer. I teach both Vinyasa and restorative yoga; I trained in an eco-village in Costa Rica and loved every moment. I like to incorporate somatics, embodied movement, and strength aspects in class with the intention of offering a well-rounded, grounding, and nourishing element for you to explore in your practice. I encourage you to move intuitively and move in a way that feels good. My classes are suitable and inclusive for all. There is always an option to challenge yourself, as I offer progressions throughout! Come and join me for a nourishing yoga practice or for an hour’s sound healing journey in readiness for the week ahead.
YOGA
Hello! I’m Lucy. I have practised yoga since I was a child and have always felt very aligned with the values of yoga. I trained to be a yoga instructor in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga. This gave me the most beautiful insight into the ‘why’ behind yoga that had always intrigued me. I teach vinyasa yoga and enjoy playing around with different sequences and poses, but I also respect when the body needs some space to simply just be. Expect some snippets of philosophy throughout. I have an interest in holistic health and wellbeing. I work as a dietitian by day and love anything related to nature, wellness, and, of course, coffee.

My name is Amy, and I’m a mum of two, one girl and one boy. For the past six years, I’ve been a carer to my son, who has a rare kidney disease and autism. My passions and interests are going on walks with my family and dog to the beach. What OREN means to me is having an opportunity to work with amazing people and learn all about wellness treatments.
